SHARING DURHAM, ONE STORY AT A TIME.

Durham Stories is the final project for the 2015 Information Science and Information Studies certificate at Duke University. For our Information Science and Information Studies capstone, we hoped to foster the relationship between Duke students and the Durham community. Our goal is to provide a space for Duke students to learn about the community around them, beyond just names and locations. Through the website and the Layer app, our goal is to connect Duke students with the stories of Durham, cultivating a deeper understanding of the place we live and encouraging exploration.
